How is Joe gonna get outta this one?
Like most people, I have no idea what we’re really doing in Libya, whether the war is even legal, nor when we’ll get out. So, instead of asking those questions, I’m pretending the whole thing goes just like the classic 8-bit Nintendo game, Rush’n Attack.
This picture just about sums up everything going on in the Middle East. A hated dictator with both Jewish stars and Nazi symbols drawn on him. Cause that really makes sense.
Uhh, you guys know that Jews and Nazi’s aren’t really tight, right?
And therein lies the rub of this whole thing. These evil despots have kept their people in the dark for so long that now while they are trying to break free, they are doing it with imagery as revolting as the people they are trying to overthrow. Fortunately, the big Satan America got spared in this picture, and we can only hope that whoever comes after Gaddhafi will move us down the Satan-ladder a notch or two.
But, since it is a little early for all this on a Tuesday morning, enjoy this video of a baby laughing while ripping paper.
Mental Problems
Crazy article in Rolling Stone about how the military has been illegally using a team of solders trained in “psychological operations” to manipulate US senators.
This, the same day Gaddhafi announced al-Queda has been drugging the Libyan’s coffee to make them revolt.
Totally not getting my coffee from the local army recruitment center anymore.
Noted bad guy, Muammar Gaddafi (which is spelled differently in every article) has fled the Libyan capital of Tripoli as protests continue throughout the Arab world.
While it isn’t know where Gaddafi will officially settle if he loses power, there are rumors that he will play a distant cousin of Jabba the Hutt in the next Star Wars movie.
